This morning I had to describe How these 2 girls would feel before they got taped! The Sky was ablaze with the fire of the setting sun Shining above our heads! 2 girls were having their beauty sleep as they heard footsteps going past their door!

Luna-’’There’s Guys here! Are they here to fix something or is it just mum & dad getting ready for work”

Emma-’’I think so too So we should Just go back to sleep and I was in a good dream! About me opening Presents ’’

When they were putting their heads on their soft pillows! They heard screaming! 

Luna-’’I’m going out there to see what is going on’’

Emma- ‘’Don’t Maybe what those screams are about! It means It’s not safe! So Don’t’’

Luna- ‘’I’m Just going to peak my head out the door’’

As she started to peek her head out the door she got pulled by the arms by some random man And that is when the 2 girls' minds got blacked out!

Today This Lovely Woman Came on Our Morning Meet And Talked about This year Summer Learning Journey! And Today She said that she has set up some activities For people to enjoy with there whanau. So I really enjoy doing these activities and I wish I can see them when I go off to college

Letter to my Dear Friends-Brielle

Who would I want to trade lives-Brielle

 Do you always think’’What would i do if i was them’’ So this is why I would like to trade lives with my parents to see what influence they have towards looking after children & other kids For example Nieces, Nephews, Aunties, Uncles. & can't forget about the Values For example Religious Values and to see what educational thoughts they have towards the subjects. 

Prayer for my neighbour-Brielle

   Heavenly Father, I ask you to look over the kids and the adults next door as they go through fear and  suspension. I ask you to teach the children what love means and as they encounter love as they live their beautiful life that is prepared for them. May you surround them with love and happiness and empower them to shine bright so they can have a happy life. I ask you Heavenly Father to take the anger out of them and replace it with love and happiness. May you also teach the kids to care and love each other and protect each other. As you gather the anger under the feather of your wings I ask you to tell them what peace is and what Act of kindness is. Lord hear us

Would you rather

If I had to pick between being invisible or being able to fly!. I would rather be invisible.  Being invisible can  have an enormous advantage moving in without people knowing. Also Doing Jobs or Things we need to do or wish for. 

Would you rather

 If I had to pick between being a dancer or a singer . I would rather be a dancer because dancing can help with problem solving,understanding,and memory. Singing would be an amazing choice as well  it can help build self confidence, And abilities to come together successfully to create something special.

Would you rather

 If I had to pick between holidays at a beach in NZ or overseas. I would rather choose NZ. Going to a beach overseas would be an amazing choice. but there are also amazing  beaches in NZ  that have good places to go and relax and to look at the sunset and sunrise!.

Would you rather have a wand or a hand that can make magic-Brielle

 If I had to pick between a wand/or a hand that can make magic! I would choose a wand. A hand that can make magic can be a amazing choice but  because i chose a wand it can grow,vanish,move, and display all on its own.

Would you rather teleport into your Favourite video game or Your Favourite Movie/ or TV Show-Brielle

 If I had to choose between a video game or movie. I would choose a movie. Being In my favourite video game would be a perfect choice but I basically know everything about video games. It wouldn't be as fun as watching a movie and it would also be boring. In a movie it would be a perfect opportunity to have a go at doing a character's script.  

Would you rather Be stranded on an island or in a deep forest?-Brielle

Would you rather be stranded on a island or in a deep forest

I would rather be stranded in a deep forest. Being stranded in a deep forest is calming and is a perfect space to enjoy the peace and quiet and listen to the beautiful birds sing.

Being Stranded in a island would be annoying for some people, even me because!

1. Sand everywhere and all you see basically is water and sand obviously! 

Would you rather be a villain or a heroic-Brielle

 I would rather be a villain in a story! Being the heroic is a bit pressuring and you would have to have a huge impact of Responsibility! Although being a villain isn't really fun but it's better than feeling bad about a ton of people's deaths. Being a villain seem hard but I know for sure it is not easy seeing as ton of super hero's strong. 

Would you rather have wings to fly or gills to breathe underwater-Brielle

 I would rather have wings to fly because it will be a good Opportunity to look upon our city and watch the sunset and sunrise! Also it would be great to meet the birds. 

Would you rather be able to talk to pets or read people's minds-Brielle

 I would rather talk to pets because talking to pets can reduce loneliness,stress,anxiety, and also pets encourage people to be playful and happy.

Would you rather be a wizard or a superhero-Brielle

 I would rather be a wizard because you could do magical things and also you could describe an ordinary person who is particularly good at something. 

would you rather be able to fly down rainbows or jump on clouds

I would rather like to slide  down rainbows  for fresh air to go in my wet hair also feeling the air blowing into my face,as well as seeing the super yellow shinning sun.

Life cycle of Maggots

Maggots are mostly gross/disgusting larvae that live in dirty places. Although you might think a maggot is infectious, it's been told by an expert that maggots can actually heal your wounds by eating all the dead tissue inside the wound and leaving healthy tissue.

Diary Entry

             Dear Diary,

Yesterday I felt heart broken. In a dark attic I saw a young boy sobbing because I took the yellow umbrella from him. On the floor I could see scattered pictures of his past and felt very sorrowful. I could hear the the children downstairs laughing as I took him by his hand and lead him to my home.

This is a Diary Entry I have written and response to a short animated movie we are studying for literature 

                                         

Dear Diary,

A random lady called saying ''I've got a six year old Girl up for Adoption'' the sound of the phone hanging up  hit my ears. A few hours went by..... A car pulled up at the orphanage. It was a bright yellow black shiny car. As the car door started opening my hands started to shake. The door of my orphanage opened, the scent of perfume brought back memories.

Today we discussed what we valued. We had to dig deep and think hard about what really counts. I chose the clouds as something I value because they give us rain to water the plants and for us to drink. 

We created our value in clay so we could think more clearly about what they mean to us personally. 

Station Of The Cross 2021- By Brielle

 On The 1st of April Year 7 & Year 8’s had Stations of the Cross. Stations of the Cross is like a story of Jesus who had to carry the cross and would go station by station showing his final days. We do the Station of the Cross to remind us how important Jesus is, and why he died on the cross. 

We had 5 rehearsals which were exhausting but fun. When It was time to perform we had to act our role of being the people of Jerusalem and watching Jesus getting nailed to the cross.

I most enjoyed was Changing into the outfits, I loved how other people’s costumes turned out. When Jesus (Augstine) Came to the 4th Station I had to act sad and help to comfort Mary (Giselle) when she needed some comfort and support. When it came up to Station 10 Jesus’ cloak was ripped off. Station 14 was Me/Mary’s Friend and Giselle\Mary going up to the stage and thinking about the good times that we had with Jesus. Overall this act we did was really fun and interesting!!

Prayer for Christchurch Ten Years on

 Dear Heavenly Father, I ask you to look after the people who have died in the Christchurch earthquake. And also Glorify the babies who have died. I ask you to please look after the 115 people that died in the CCTV building and those killed in other areas.
I ask you to please look after the people that got trapped for many hours. Please accept the people who have died into your Kingdom.

Amen.
